Cant recommend these guys highly enough. Having just finished a complete house renovation there arent a lot of trades people I would recommend but Alliance did a perfect job at a great price. They damp-proofed the whole house and did some structural renovations at the back of the property. They worked hard, fast and well, they were always courteous, friendly and always cleaned up at the end of every day. Nothing was ever a problem and any little extras were quickly taken care of no questions asked. 1st class service from quote to finish!
The guys (especially John and Justin) did a great job of adding a damp proof course to my old cottage. They were very competent and pleasant to talk to, and also dealt with a couple of extra issues that arose really professionally. Price was reasonable for the work. The plasterer was excellent too.Would highly recommend this company, and it's nice to find a building company that are trustworthy.

We had some work done to our roof the other day. We have had workmen across the road (from a different company, that I shall not mention!) for nearly 3 months and not one of them had been as approachable and friendly as John and Justin. They were here for one day to fix our roof and cleaned the gutters and in that time did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.
I contacted Alliance Preservation to request a survey for suspected rot within my property. The surveyor who attended was very knowledgeable and helpful. Following receipt of the report I arranged for the works to be carried out. The job was carried out to a very high standard. I would recommend Alliance to anyone
